When it came time to go into the finance office, however, the tone changed. There were a few rude comments about what we could or could not afford, as well as a general abrasiveness. Had we spoken to finance first, we most likely would not have purchased a car at this dealership. Luckily our time spent with sales made up for the 15 or so minutes in finance because they had great personalities and made the experience enjoyable. More
