Instead of leaving me confused, he cleared up any gray areas in my mind by knowing his models well and creating a picture in my mind of the most important features. I test drove the Crosstrek & the Forrester with James and he was both personable and relaxing to be with. His confidence in Subaru - quality of product & service gave me confidence that I was making the right choice chosing Subaru. I told him I wanted to give this some thought & check my finances, and after I did so, I called him immediately because I had the confidence to make the purchase - and a great deal of the reason I made the decision was because I felt I was dealing with a real honest person.
