Again, we worked with David Robinson who could not be more helpful. The sales manager, Joe, is also very accomodating.. I wasn't really thinking that I was in the market I responded to a radio ad that the dealership was running for low priced Imprezzas and 0% interest. I wasn't really thinking that I was in the market for a new car - probably out of my price range. The salesman took me for a nice long test drive while the manager checked out what I would have as a trade in. I was correct about the car being out of my price range, but the manager was willing to make changes to the trade in that did bring the cost to within my budget. Nothing new there, dealers don't want you to leave the property if they can help it. But they did get me the payment I needed to make it work by paying more for my trade in than it might actually be worth. No one was ever rushed, I always felt like they were giving me all the information there was. No one tried to up-sell me anything, although options were available. Nice people all around. More
