(Feb 17). 2 - And, consequentially was left to wait for the business manger to help , like 30 minutes. 3- Several question I asked were replied to with what amounted to an 'don't know', half answer or mis directed reply: such as will a real wheel fit within the space for the temp and does the black plastic engine cover remove. And how is it a roof rail on one vehicle goes with out being listed on the window sticker as standard or an option with its price? 4- I was left hanging with out an answer from the general manager when I called him directly to find out how it is that the signed work order -DEAL # 36239, Feb 17th, VIN# JF2SKAAC9KH461995 is different from the VIN # on the Forester I drove home, earlier that day. I made this call Tuesday night, 19 Feb. 5- While I agreed with the saleman to be ready and get the deal done with a courtesy 10am pickup ride, Subaru's courtesy driver did not call to inform me he would be 35 minutes late. 6- I figure that Subaru's just about sell themselves, hence the title of this review. A qulity added feature would be doing what it takes ro keep me, the customer from the treatment the airlines do when they over book. More

Impressed by the commitment from the dealer Our family has been Subaru customers since the 80's starting with the XT model through the 2015 Forester. We've also been going to the dealer for all of our repairs. Recently we needed our catalytic converter repaired. Chris from service took a test drive with me and was aware that this would be a very large repair bill. He advised me to call Subaru of America and ask if we could get a coupon to help offset some of the cost. We called and they did their magic and was able to get the repairs totally covered! We were entirely pleased, as we always are, with the service from everyone at Center Subaru from Xylina, our service concierge to Chris, our mechanic. They are a big part of why we continue to have our vehicle serviced at Center Subaru. More

This was my first time buying and leasing a brand new car. Mike has made this my best car buying experience. I have never seen anyone move so fast to make sure everything gets taken care of. I have purchased used vehicles in the past with other dealers but i highly doubt i will be shopping with anyone else in the future other than Center Subaru. Thank you. More
