Center Subaru very professional and conscientious! I bought a new Subaru last February. I took it to my local trustworthy garage for an oil change. They discovered that the main belt was fraying and I bought a new Subaru last February. I took it to my local trustworthy garage for an oil change. They discovered that the main belt was fraying and needed to be changed. I took it back to the dealer, where it was purchased, Colonial in Danbury. They said they had fixed it. I waited 2 hours with an appointment. When I took it to my local garage for the next oil change they discovered that the belt had NOT been touched . I called Colonial several times and was cut off. Instead of driving an hour south to Danbury I drove and hour East to Torrington, Center Subaru. What a difference in experiences!!! Bob C was very respectful and addressed the problem professionally and competently. He showed me the problem belt and treated me politely and courageously. He was so concerned for my safety and fearful about my driving my Subaru in that condition. He offered me a loaner car. CENTER Subaru ordered the belt since it was not in stock, and replaced the worn belt as promised and when promised. Shame on you Colonial. Colonial, obviously does not care about the safety of their customers. Picking up my car at CENTER was efficient and pleasant. What a contrast in Service Departments. Thank you CENTER. Liza called to follow up with me on the work done and was also, as was Bob C in service, professional, personable and knowledgeable. I recommend that all Subaru owners in western CT use CENTER in Torrington. A very positive experience. Thank you again. More

Comfortable, nonaggressive, worked with our budget, listened My father went to the same car sales person for as long as I can remember not because the company he represented produced vastly outperformed perfor My father went to the same car sales person for as long as I can remember not because the company he represented produced vastly outperformed performed other makers in his mind and not because he always got the best deal he could possibly get from whatever source was available, but because he felt that what he wanted mattered and that he wasn't pushed toward purchasing options that he didn't want. Jonathan seems like that kind of sales person. The fact that he works for Subaru is a bonus. He showed us multiple rounds of used vehicles in our price range, and when we told him that we were going to look at other dealerships he didn't stop us. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles that we looked at, he let us drive the vehicles without telling us where to go and gave us a reasonable time window to do so. The car we purchased was not the cheapest we looked at and there were other Subarus that we could have closed on at a lower price. But the experience was what we needed to feel comfortable. Our household needed a second vehicle to facilitate my going to school to train for a second career and that's what we got without a major head ache. Plus its a Forrester so we can get it up our hill in the snow. We will be back to see Jonathan again. Thanks Jonathan! John & Amy More
