Easiest, most positive car-buying experience ever! From the moment I walked in, it was a no-pressure experience. My salesman, Tracy, was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. I told him the car I was From the moment I walked in, it was a no-pressure experience. My salesman, Tracy, was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. I told him the car I was interested, the features that were most important to me and the amount I could spend. He listened, asked relevant questions, and sent me out for a test drive by myself (yes, you read that right...talk about respecting your customer!). When I returned, he presented me with 3 options for payment for exactly what I asked for. He didn't try to up-sell me or play games. I had been to another dealer earlier who played the ol' "This is the best offer we have." And then, "well, let me go back and see what we can do" 2 or 3 times, each time being well out of the price range I originally gave. I felt respected by both Tracy and Joe, one of the managers. When I picked up the car with my husband, both Tracy and Greg, our finance guy, were thorough, but didn't keep us there for hours, which has always been my experience when picking up a car. Most importantly, they continued to keep their focus on me (as opposed to my husband). So many salespeople talk only to the man; these guys kept the focus on me, the buyer. Way to go, guys. I highly recommend Center Subaru and love my new Crosstrek! More

Told the salesperson some criteria of features and, most importantly, price point and I was matched with a great car with low mileage, more bells and whistles than I bargained for, all for the precise payment I had asked for. Never felt like I was being sold to or pressured to buy something I didn't really want or was more than I wanted to afford. It felt like I was being worked with and not worked on. No surprises when it came down to the pick up and finalizing the sale. I believe I got a fair price and am only rating the price as 4 stars cause, don't we all wanna pay even less? More
