Great Experience Overall I made my first car purchase here a year ago. Zach was my sales associate and he was pleasant when my Dad and I had questions. One example was when he noted that on my pre-owned car that there was a scrape but they fixed it ‘free of charge’. (Yeah, I know nothing is free but he took that extra step to put my mind at ease). James (I think?) was helpful with financing costs. I just had to point out on the form that there was a $200 difference compared to what’s on their website...but that was fixed and he printed me a new form. He made it easy to understand the bumper to bumper warranty. Overall, I would recommended your dealer..definitely. You see, I was gonna go to Mitchell even though they’re an extra fifteen minutes away and buy either a Volkswagen or a Subaru there because they took care of my Jetta. I didn’t do that because I was ripped off one time and lied to at their dealer when I had to get my Jetta serviced. When it’s time for my brothers to get a different car I would first recommend your Subaru dealer. More

He allowed me to test drive several models but I decided on the Legacy once again. I love the style and really appreciated Eye Sight too as I am getting older. Excellent service from Jonathan V.
