From the first phone call with Liza and her follow-up texts, I was able to get and adjust the service/recall work. The person at the service desk, a WONDERFUL man, John, took the time to explain my service contracts that I hadn’t used all year and schedule the necessary work, walked around the car to check it all out and made me feel super comfortable. The work got done quicker then he quoted. Then he assured me I can get future work done in a time period my work would allow.
