We purchased a 2022 Mazda CX-5 from this dealership. When we initially test drove the car we noted that the interior seemed dirty and worn given the car was only two years old. When we arrived to pick it up yesterday the interior looked exactly the same and when we asked why, we were told they had not luck “buffing” things out. We went to Wal-Mart this morning and with $20 in products and less than an hour of work, the car looks almost new. When customers are spending over $20K on a car from your dealership, you should put more effort into making the cars show room ready. More
