Came in to get two sets of tires and rims mounted and balanced. Techs were friendly and said the work would be done in an hour. Always get great service from Peter Hollenbeck, I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership Crowley Ford. I had planned to purchase other vehicle from Gengras Ford but When I had my Ford Esca I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership Crowley Ford. I had planned to purchase other vehicle from Gengras Ford but When I had my Ford Escape last Saturday. I was told that as of Dec. 1, that Gengras will not honor the oil change service part of my maintenance agreement I purchased when I brought the vehicle. So now I have to go back to a Crowley dealership to get my service. Since doing this and since I have the maint. agreement I will have Crowley do the work if anything is found wrong at my oil change. This will also effect us when we are ready to trade in the escape for another Ford. We will no longer be purchasing another Ford through Gengras. I am sorried to say because dealing with Peter Hollenbeck, was and is excellent service and dealing with Eric in your quick lube was great to have my older car oil change service and I even purchased new tires through Eric have always received great service from these gentleman . I am disappointed and sadden over Gengras move not to honor this part of the maintenance agreement. I thought when Crowley sold this dealership to Gengras that this would be a seamless change for all of Crowleys customers but this is effecting me and I will have to takt my business else!!! More

To be honest, I have friends who've had poor service from another Gengras dealership so I was cautiously optimistic about returning to this shop. I have enjoyed wonderful service at this shop for 20 years and have purchased at least 8 vehicles over that time period as our children began driving. Once again, I was received courteously, enjoyed a cup of coffee while my vehicle was serviced, and my vehicle was returned to me cleanly. They even took time to check a problem with the computer settings after my battery died. I'm truly pleased to continue my business with this dealership after the ownership change. More
