I found my experience at Gengras Ford to be most favorable for many reasons. My Loncoln MKZ had a bad water pump which unfortunately is a very difficult and expensive repair because it's located in favorable for many reasons. My Loncoln MKZ had a bad water pump which unfortunately is a very difficult and expensive repair because it's located inside the engine behind the timing chains. I had it quoted at another service center and they quoted the job but said they were not even interested in tackling it. I then had it towed to Gengras and they gave me the same price along with a video of my car showing exactly what was wrong. My car was finished just a few days later and came out great. Shortly after that the spring broke on the strut in my front end so I brought it back. When they quoted it I explained I didn't have the funds to pay for it at that time due to the water pump repair. The service manage then very kindly gave me an enormous discount so I wouldn't have to drive the car in an unsafe condition. He only charged me for parts which absolutely blew me away. My car is perfect now thanks to their great work and generosity. I would also like to mention their friendly, professional staff and immaculate facility. Even though it's a bit of a distance from my house, I plan to use them on all my future repairs and new car purchases. More
I have been waiting three months for my $500 deposit to be refunded. They have used the excuse that they did not have the card number on file any longer, that the sales manager left etc. They are dishone be refunded. I had a great salesman (Roger) but the sales manager (John Velezis) and business manager (Leo) refused to process my rebate for the CHEAPR program for the purchase of a PHEV. Their refusal to spend 15 m (John Velezis) and business manager (Leo) refused to process my rebate for the CHEAPR program for the purchase of a PHEV. Their refusal to spend 15 minutes registering their dealership in the program cost me 700 dollars. I will not ever buy another vehicle from them again. And the great salesman left the dealership soon after. More
Purchased a 2023 ford transit from Gengras more specifically from Leo Ouellette. Dealer had the van marked up way over sticker. Supply and demand we needed the van, okay we will pay it. My wife and specifically from Leo Ouellette. Dealer had the van marked up way over sticker. Supply and demand we needed the van, okay we will pay it. My wife and I discussed a few things and explicitly stated we had no interest in an extended warranty. When everything was ready my wife went and signed the papers. Admittedly I should have been there and we should have looked more thoroughly at the contract before signing. When we received our first bill things didn’t add up. We dug up the contract sure enough they slipped in a 5,500 dollar “service plan/extended warranty.” When i called to question Leo about this no call was returned. I’ll also say they seem to have left out any paperwork that showed the details of said warranty. While I can’t say for sure it would have mattered had I been there. I feel they may have taken advantage of a female buyer. They did cancel the contract but it still cost us money. If you do buy from this or maybe any dealer triple check the paperwork!!!!!!! More

Being back Crowley Ford. Never use Gengras for service. They will take your car. Tell you lies and then make excuses on why the car is not ready- delaying another day. Brought 2010 Ford Escape in for service of Power Steering Torque sensor (steering wheel starts shaking). Dropped vehicle off on a Sunday, and they didn't even look at it until Thursday with a bunch of excus Torque sensor (steering wheel starts shaking). Dropped vehicle off on a Sunday, and they didn't even look at it until Thursday with a bunch of excuses on Tuesday and Wednesday. Was quoted $2,100. I said no thank you, and we purchased a newer vehicle. (Still charged about $160 diagnostic fee). I later had another mechanic look at it. Purchased the new sensor on Amazon for about $150, and it took him about 45 minutes to replace it. Called Service Manager (Acting SM - Adam) to request refund of diagnostic fee due to outrageous attempt to overcharge me. Claimed service person is no longer working there. He claims "Official" Parts and "book hours" of labor for this should have been $900 and additional items (not requested) were in the estimate. Labor costs are based on book hours and service book says 3-4 hours to replace the sensor (at their inflated rates). Unfortunately, you won't get a discount if the job can be completed in 45 minutes. Recommendation: Find a good mechanic you trust. I would give Adam a higher rating because he was able to get a refund check sent out for the diagnostic fee. (It should take 4-5 business days to process and then it will be mailed...why not just credit the card that I paid for it on.) (I was going to give it 2 stars, but then I remembered they tried to overcharge me another time in the past. Quoted $900 for wheel and tire on Ford Taurus that had a blowout. Left and went to TownFairTire and had it repaired & replaced for about $225.) More
