It was accepted right away without a counter offer or hesitation. That's the way I buy cars. I make an offer. It's either accepted or rejected and I walk away. The condition of the car was like it was a new one. So in review, this was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. More

very pleasant no pressure from anyone My wife and I went to Gengras CJDR JUST to look at trim levels and get pricing for a new 2019 Ram 1500. We walked in and were greeted by the employees My wife and I went to Gengras CJDR JUST to look at trim levels and get pricing for a new 2019 Ram 1500. We walked in and were greeted by the employees at the front desk immediately. We met Alejandro our sales person. He sat down and discussed what we were interested in looking at. He was very patient and took the time to show us 4 different trucks all with different trim and package levels. All the time being very professional and listening to what we liked or disliked about each vehicle. In his words " I'm here to help you find the perfect vehicle that will make you happy" and he did.
