Ms. Reed, I sincerely apologize regarding the treatment you described. I can assure you that we do our best to treat each customer in a friendly and efficient manner. I have spoken with the managers that you mentioned and I understand that in this case a mistake and miscommunication occurred on our end. It appears the second manager that reviewed your deal was mistaken when he quoted you the down payment. Structuring the finances for a vehicle purchase can be complicated and occasionally mistakes are made. I do know that Blake Riley the finance manager at our Chrysler store did reach out to you to apologize and explain the mishap however was unable to reach you. With eight locations and over 350 employees there are times where we will not meet expectations, all we can do at this point acknowledge the error and try to make it right.
