My experience with Gengras started very rocky, however working with Rhinda absolutely turned my experience right around. A very enjoyable experience, Jim went out of his way during a heavy rain to bring several cars around to the front so i could compare them. I don't understand how somebody with bad attitude and poor customer service skills can be sales. You should always be positive with your customer. I watched and listened to this Jim try to build me factory order car. Jim's demeanor and tone were negative and rude. Now I was dealing with another dealership while I was in the showroom and I know that is rude, but I'm trying to the best deal. I watch Jim during his sales presentation and I was less than impressed. While we were creating a factory build car I witnessed a simple role of the eyes to answer I gave him to question he had asked me. STOP RIGHT THERE. I had enough and without seeing his final number I walked out. Maybe he was having a bad day or not enough coffee, I don't know, but sales are not just about numbers it is also about customer service and a positive buying experience and with those This is why I'm writing this.
