When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by 3 very friendly workers, each of who offered to assist me and answer any questions. As an added bonus, I was offered a cold beverage to sip on as I walked the showroom floor. When I found the vehicle that was looking for (Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus), the salesman (Evan Monikowski) was able to answer all of my questions and guide me through the buying process without pressuring me. Since employees are on salary as opposed to commission, I found that Evan was helpful in my ability to make the right decision based on what I described as the needs and wants of my family for the vehicle.
