The Fit wasn't quite ready to be driven when I called, and Jackie was terrific in pushing it through the safety inspection and getting the necessary recall done, all the while being incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I ended up not buying the car, as I decided I really wanted a hybrid, but I would definitely go back to Jackie in future and will recommend her to others who may be searching for a car, new or used. Note that there is no option below to choose Honda, so I have arbitrarily chosen Ram. More

The poor service has overcome the good experience I had buying my truck and I will most likely not return to Gengras, This last visit, I made an appointment weeks in advance for a Thursday appointment to address several recalls. When I made the appointment I was told the recalls could easily be done but I was asked to leave my truck for the day, which I agreed to. Upon arrival, first thing in the morning I was greeted very nicely and proceeded to the service counter. This is were things began to unravel. The gentleman behind the counter was ok at best, not friendly just ok. He asked why I was there and I told him. We proceeded out to my truck, he got in and checked the mileage, hooked into the OBDII connection. All things seem good until he asks "when do I want to pick it up?" I replied "this afternoon." His response was "not going to happen". I'm sorry what?? "not going to happen" "I have 5 mechanics that I lost" . I'm thinking, Does that mean they quit?? Why would 5 mechanics quit at the same time?? Is somethings wrong? Why did no one call me to let me know? I had an appointment for recalls. Recalls are something that could go wrong. Should I not have priory? Especially with an appointment on a Thursday made weeks in advance for recalls. I informed him that I could not leave it overnight, I have already lost a day. He was unapologetic. Good customer service would have called to advise of the situation or offered some type of compensation for my time and trouble, but that did not happen. Like Sinfield said "they know how to take the reservation but they don't know how to keep the reservation". So I got in my truck and left.....a very unhappy former customer. More

Run don’t walk from these clowns Purchased 2017 Jeep Unlimited with 7 k on clock. Actually had 8700 miles when shown car. First Pinocchio. Came on a Monday pressured by sales guy to b Purchased 2017 Jeep Unlimited with 7 k on clock. Actually had 8700 miles when shown car. First Pinocchio. Came on a Monday pressured by sales guy to be back by 5 pm to make purchase and promised delivery that day. Arrived car had nothing done. Adam Brown was sales associate. Should have dashed out then. Wife wanted this car. Did I mention supposedly certified with 149 point check ? I guess they forgot to look at spare which was covered with rubbing compound in tread to see that a nail was in tire which is still there as I write this. Certified car with 61% oil life , dirty air cleaner and different pressures in all tires by as much as 10 pounds? Not to mention car was not vacuumed or detailed even to the least discerning eye. Manager Ron Pelletier said car is mess and cannot deliver this way. Made Saturday the new delivery day giving a week to do work. Showed up 5 pm on Saturday after driving 2.5 hours from NYC. Car had not been touched. 2nd Pinnichio. Did I mention Adam Brown confirmed all work done by text ... did not want a repeat. Of course he was not to be found.... serious illness ... which was true ... no excuse. Should a ran like a SOB at that point. My wife and 4 year old were beyond disappointed had to take car.... agreed that would bring car back for the promised work . 3rd Pinnochio brought car back for a week , only thing touched was installation of agreed trailer hitch. All other service work ignored as well as detail. Picked up car called dealer manager whom returned called promptly and shortly received call from Pelletier saying bring car back again. They needed to re certify it and go over or they would buy back. I said just fix car and we will be happy. Returned yet a second time for one week visit . 4Th Pinnochio, everything the same, they did measure the brake pads or so they said. Not sure how they did that because the wheels had not been removed. The same dirt in lugs as when brought in, they did not even wash the car or bother. The car was filthy exactly as brought in, was raining that day. Oil 61% , tire pressure all different , air cleaner untouched. Went to managers office , service manager went out to car to view. Opened hood and air cleaner fell apart in his hand. Clowns ..... Run don’t walk THESE GUYS ARE AMATEURS .... nice people but dealership is a disaster ..... Update Ron Pellitier responded saying they really tried hard to satisfy me? Bottom line as I write this is my car was delivered unserviced as a certified car. The spare has a nail in it. 3 days after car delivery received notice car is now do a service. Took car back twice for a total of 2 weeks. They did nothing to car except install a agreed tow package on car which Pelletier agreed day we purchased car. Oh yes he also promised a tank of gas each visit which was generous but only happened on first visit. Of course the dealership Is 2 and half hours away from our home and the car was delivered with agreement this work would be done. But hey ... THEY TRIED HARD ... but were unable to deliver a 43 k certified vechicle in a professional matter. This is BS More
