Very poor service department On 7/7 I brought by Jeep in for an oil change at 8 am, 9:45 I walked back to service department to check on how much longer it would be. My Jeep still had a hour wait to even get looked at. I was the only one in the waiting room the entire time. If they were that backed up you would think they would have said it was a 2 hour plus wait. I had my Jeep in for service for a front end issue a while back . I picked it up from that service. I still heard a funny noise coming from the front end. I told my husband, he jacked it up and took off the tire. To his surprise they left a pair of vice grips on the tire arm. I will never buy or recommend Gengras Jeep/dodge to anyone for service or buying from this dealership.. The reps behind the counters are rude as well. Very poor dealership. More

Wasted Day A day wasted, Gengras online chat got me hooked. My requested price was given the ok by Nicki. The next day this was confirmed on another chat,Ellen. A day wasted, Gengras online chat got me hooked. My requested price was given the ok by Nicki. The next day this was confirmed on another chat,Ellen. An email gave a bogus trade in value. Fine print knocked the value 50%. On arrival the reception verified the chat where all the details were confirmed including both chats. A 30 minute wait and Lucas assisted with the details. After another 90 minutes of deciphering the fine print, team leader Ron was brought in to confirm the chat was not worth considering. Ron claims he does not have the ability to access the chat, that the reception desk confirmed in 10 seconds. Same old Gengras from one generation to the next. (buyer beware) More

Ignorance is an attribute of faliure The Finance Manager tried to manipulate the sales numbers that were already established with the GSM. He also requested a down payment despite the G The Finance Manager tried to manipulate the sales numbers that were already established with the GSM. He also requested a down payment despite the GSM stating that there would be 0 down payment. By taking a down payment they would be able to manipulate the numbers to have the monthly payment be the same as it was already calculated without. Further I was notified via my credit monitoring providers that my credit was not submitted to Chrysler despite Finance Mgr. stating that's where he submitted it (not true) My experience was that the Slaes rep. was slow and sarcastic at times, Finance Mgr. just wasted a lot of my time, and while I informed the GSM that Chrysler and Dodge did a conference call and verified not only the rates but the promotions per specific VIN number, no resolve was offered aside from stating that corporate and the other dealer that verified the offer were wrong. More
