Nick assisted in providing an incredibly competitve price with no fuss or any hidden fees. Everything was laid out and clearly explained and the dealer made it easy to utilize my own financing. Huge shoutout to Steve on the Business side for closing things out and making the paperwork easy as well. One major issue is the cab filling with exhaust fumes from the AC vents. Called them and they scheduled me to come in and said I’d get a loaner. Well good thing I called prior to going because they never scheduled a loaner so got screwed there. They had the truck almost two weeks then called me and said it was ready, in the long list of issues I brought to their attention the only one they repaired was a broken radiator that they sold me the truck with. So they tried to screw me there by selling a truck with known broken parts after telling me the truck was 100%. I then asked what else did they do and they told me, “for the other issues you need to go to a Chevy dealership” those were the service managers exact words. So they didn’t even look into any of the issues including the exhaust fumes coming into the cab, exhaust! You know CO which is toxic and deadly!! The odor is so strong it causes your eyes to burn and gives you headaches. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them, I regret doing business with them and wish I never did! More

Purchased a 2018 certified pre-owned Chrysler 300 in 2022. Before purchasing noticed the back up camera, was glitching and screen. Had to bring it back days after purchase. Issues with the brakes/rotors, they fixed. Screen and camera they said was fixed, but continued malfunctioning. Brought the car back 2 more times, they were unable to "diagnose" the back up camera and screen. Car started calling 911. Brought it back in after warranty was up for a paid diagnosis. This time they found the problem and gave us a $1000.00 estimate. We took the car to a Chrysler dealership, they contacted Chrysler and replaced the screen for free. I took my son car shopping and dealt with the service and sales department. I feel like I was taken advantage of and scammed. I thought buying a certified pre owned gave us peace of mind. Instead I was swindled into buying a car with a known issue, that was dragged out by the service department until the warranty was up. More

I brought in my CERTIFIED Jeep 2020 Gladiator in for a problem Sarah identified as 'death wobble' and I agreed. I drop it off early for an early Sat. appt and finally get a text at 3:10 saying they needed more time to work on it. I call Monday and get a runaround to various extensions. When I finally get someone, they say nothing has been done yet.?. She says they don't do repairs on Sat and she will get back to me about where it stands in a half hour. An hour later I call back and she says she will contact me in a half hour. TWO hours go by and I again call back and leave a message. They call my wife at home and her number and keep contacting her even though I had changed contact info. A couple of hours later I get a text saying the steering issues are caused by a mild lift I put on less than 6 months previously and have about a total of 4k miles since my purchase. The tech says it's the pitman shaft and outer tie rod on left side of the vehicle. NO way should a lift affect these in such a short time. I have had Jeeps for years and have an 05 with a taller lift for YEARS, only the ball end of the panhard bar wore out after over 15 years of driving it AND rock climbing....and these items on a newer Jeep has already worn out? I can't get anyone on the phone about this, I have tried the Service manager, so has my wife, and nothing, nada, zip. I'm done with this place, Certified or not, I don't care after this fiasco. IF you buy here, go elsewhere for service, read the reviews, 2.5 stars...I now know why. And don't bother coming on here to say you are sorry for my bad experience, I don't believe it. You have my info and I'm sure Service will tell you who I am, call and discuss why you think I am responsible for the repairs. 4k miles and I have a rather large bill to pay someone else to fix. Funny, there is a TSB about the steering boxes on this year being faulty, I guess they won't be honoring this so I will take it to an independent garage for my future repairs. My Jeep will never be brought back here. More

My Jeep Grand Cherokee 4ex stopped operating on 2/15/24 (vehicle reported failure of electric hybrid engine) and was towed to Gengras CDJR that evening. The vehicle is 1-year old and has 10,079 miles on the odometer. It was purchased new in Rhode Island on 11/15/2022 and is still under warranty. The dealer communicated they received the vehicle and provided occasional updates on its status through 3/5/24 but has not been in contact with me since (4/5/24). I have called repeatedly and am always forwarded directly to voicemail with no return calls or any other form of communication from Gengras. I had to contact Jeep Corporate. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership. Their customer service is appalling. Also likely a problem with Stellantis' PHEVs (as evidenced by an inability to fix the vehicle over 7+ weeks)? More
