Great Experience We are on our 4th Grand Cherokee lease. We have been going to the same location for years ( 1.5 miles from our house in Norwalk) and there was no urge We are on our 4th Grand Cherokee lease. They were confused and were trying to upsell us at every turn. We decided just to look at Scap as an alternative to see what else was out there and if there were better options. We were motivated buyers because our lease was almost up and looking at both the Laredo and Limited options. Within 20 minutes of being in the door we were agreeing to a new lease on a Limited with Larry. No pressure, no BS, just an attitude of how we can work together. First question: "Do you have any corporate affiliations that I can look up to see if I can save you some money?" It turns out that I do and it worked in our favor. I was never asked that question in the other location. A great experience and we will never return to our local dealer. More
