Painless as possible, (hate spending $ lol) Ernie was supper patient and willing to do whatever he could to help me get the car I wanted. He was also fun to work with. Tony helped with the paperwork which was very smooth.He was able to go the extra mile to get me into my car at a GREAT price and I am so grateful for that.
