Scott truly earns the name of "The Jeep Geek" the amount of information he was able to tell me about the Jeep I was buying was amazing, I don't think the manual knows as much about these cars as he does. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Rick who was just as friendly and gave me top dollar for my trade in and gave me an amazing price on the jeep without me even having to do any "Haggling" he did all the work for me. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Chuck who was amazing, I felt like I was doing business with a trusted car savvy family member who only had my best interests in mind. He is terrific... made sure everything I wanted was on the truck... had it beautifully detailed on delivery... and spent a lot of time with me to go through all the systems and features. Very through and professional and patient... which was important to a low tech guy like me to understand all the new technology. From the first e-mail interaction, it was clear that Scott and Scap were exponentially superior to those other dealerships. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and personable and made the whole experience feel like buying a car from a super Jeep-savvy friend. His transparency about costs and purchasing process was very refreshing and took a lot of the anxiety around buying the car out of the equation right away. We never felt pressured or like we were being hustled in any way. We got the car we wanted at a price that worked for us and were on the road with the top open within a few days!
