Best Car Buying Experience....Ever From the moment I was connected with Scott (the Jeep Geek) I knew I was working with a Jeep expert. The customer service I received during correspondence over the phone and via email was clear, concise and easy to follow. Upon meeting Scott and the team and seeing how they support each other and work so well together, I felt even better about this experience. Like many people, my past experience buying a car has always been a major process that I'd rather not go through. I'm usually anxious about it, the back and forth with the deal desk, the fast talkers and explanation of prices and numbers I can't follow, etc. Not really what anyone wants to spend their (valuable) time on. My experience with the Scap team (Jeep) was completely different than expected. The team at this dealership listened to me, offered ideas and recommendations in a very polite and professional way. They were easy to talk to with no pressure. They made me a priority. Its clear they have a system for processing the paperwork and they work efficiently to keep you on schedule.
