I could tell the story of how I wandered into Scap, but suffice to say I was a whimpering mess at the end of a long, rainy, car-shopping day. Ernie Ursini took the time and trouble to come down to the location where I was (they were short-staffed that day) and help me. He "really" listened to me, and "really" thought about what he might be able to do for me ... and then pulled a gem out of his back pocket. I will always be grateful for this kind, knowledgable man's help when I felt totally alone and helpless. Ernie saw the state I was in, and made a point of helping me (in spite of my resting b*xxx face). He pushed on through until he made something fit my parameters. I could not recommend him more highly. He is an honest, good sales person ... and that is NOT the norm anymore. If you didn't live here, you would have to go far to find that.
