This is my 7th Jeep ... 6th with Rick and team. I didn't think it was possible to make the process even easier and more convenient, but somehow - in the midst of a pandemic - Rick pulled it off. We needed to resolve something with the 'old' leasing company - both complex and time-sensitive. I did what I could, but then was waiting for a follow-up in the mail. That's when Rick pulled a rabbit out of the hat: he got what was needed so that we could move ahead. Within days, I was at Scap, meeting with Scott to complete the paperwork and then Josh to review all the features in the new Overland. Originally, I was shopping around at several dealerships before coming to Scap looking to either lease another Jeep Wrangler or possibly buy a Wrangler. Garavel in Norwalk walked away to help other customers as my wife and I waited to test drive a used Wrangler (can’t make that up either, the sales rep actually didn’t even say goodbye, he just walked by us). As soon as I arrived at Scap, I was assisted by Ray Pacheco, who immediately but kindly, convinced me into looking at leasing a Jeep Cherokee.
