Michael, the salesman lied to us about their being no accidents on the car. When we went to trade it in it turned out there were four prior accidents they failed to disclose. We never would have purchase accidents on the car. When we went to trade it in it turned out there were four prior accidents they failed to disclose. We never would have purchased a used car with four accidents. It cut out trade in value by half, costing us thousands for a car we already paid too much for with it's accident history. When I spoke to Ashley the office manager she told me they didn't need to tell us that information (even though we asked the salesman and he lied) and it was our fault for not specifically asking for a carfax report. She also said it was a "he said she said situation" about the salesman Michael lying to us. They deal in shady business practices. Stay away and go somewhere more reputable. Believe the honest bad reviews. Save yourself the trouble and money. By the way NYS has disclosure requirements, they are legally obligated to present this information and lying about it is fraud More

1 1/2 years, 13k in repairs later from the 1st week of purchase with no help from Geneva. They stated we refused to come in, but told them 2 mths after purchase we couldn't make it that far due to engine purchase with no help from Geneva. Replaced timing chain, turbo, cam shaft, lifters and now finally the motor. the warranty that was sold to us as a commercial warranty denies yet another claim. Refused to pay for turbo because the one Geneva put in a mth after purchase was a used rusted turbo. This car has been taken to a VW repair shop closer to home every other month for an issue. We tried working things out with Geneva but they refused. Now the motor is shot and warranty refuses to pay for lack of lubricant even though this vehicle had 9 oil changes in a year. Still owe 15k and vehicle can't be driven.. More

I recently purchased a 2016 Infinity QX 80 from Geneva. This was my second car purchase from Geneva, my Volvo XC 90 finally needed replacement after 250,000 miles.
