Sale of second hand Genesis went well. However, service became quite a pain, to the point of having to cease dealing with dealership. I live over 2 and 1/2 hours away. Made appointment for spark plug replacement, which requires intake manifold to be removed. Drove to dealership for service, was told service can not be completed..... NO PARTS! Called a Hyundai dealer close to home, was told to come in. This call made right in front of service department. Have not been beck. This was over four years ago. More
