I have purchased well over 20 new vehicles in my lifetime and this easily was the worst dealership experience I have encountered. I spent more time looking for a vehicle than the dealership did as they did n and this easily was the worst dealership experience I have encountered. I spent more time looking for a vehicle than the dealership did as they did not have a vehicle in stock that I wanted. Numerous phone calls went to voicemail and no replies were received. Numerous emails went unanswered, Numerous times I was told they would get back to me in a few minutes or no later than the next day, return contacts not made. The dealership took 3 weeks to mail my registration paperwork to the state, making it impossible to pay my sales tax within the 30 day window allowed by law. They did say they would send a check to cover fees but again this is unacceptable. I cannot in good faith recommend this dealership to others. As a "luxury brand" dealership, their performance fell well short of what one would expect. I previously owned a Cadillac and that dealer's performance blew this dealer out of the water. Genesis corporation should closely examine this dealers performance and I have filed a complaint with Genesis saying so. I was told in reply Genesis would be speaking with the dealer about their performance. Overall very disappointed. More

We went to the dealership to test drive a GV80. No plan to immediately purchase. After driving the vehicle we decided we wanted it. We wanted to become a one car family and had two vehicles to trade. The client advisor Kyle Durbin was very accommodating in assisting us. Thanks to his effort we were able to complete everything without much effort on our part. We worked out the details at the dealership. Kyle came to our home and picked up the second vehicle. We received a lot of extra attention and we are very pleased. Thank You Kyle. More
