Best service department EVER! They went over and above to diagnose and fix another Genesis dealerships "repair". The service manager, Jennifer, kept us informed every step of the way and we able to speak with our mechanic, Jorge, face to face to explain the issue. Everything they said they'd do they did and even sent pictures to document the progress. I can not recommend them enough! More
