I stumbled upon Genesis of Ontario because someone at Hyundai of Ontario let us know that they just opened, and they are a new dealership. I couldn't even find them on Google. I worked with Eduardo Tinoco and Derek Nguyen, and I cannot give them enough credit for the exceptional customer service and purchasing process. They listened to my needs and what I was looking for. Once we settled on a car, a 2024 Genesis GV70, Derek Nguyen took care of the financing and worked diligently to secure me a great deal and I couldn't be happier! As soon as the paperwork was signed, Eduardo took the time to run through all of the features and truly made it an exceptional experience purchasing my first Genesis. I highly recommend anyone who's looking into purchasing/leasing a Genesis to visit Eduardo, Derek, and the whole Genesis Team at Genesis of Ontario. I'll be back in the future for an upgrade! Best service department EVER! They went over and above to diagnose and fix another Genesis dealerships "repair". The service manager, Jennifer, kept us informed every step of the way and we able to speak with our mechanic, Jorge, face to face to explain the issue. Everything they said they'd do they did and even sent pictures to document the progress. I can not recommend them enough! More
