Once they discovered what was wrong with my car they explained thoroughly and explained it was covered under warranty. Jerry was very nice the entire time and kept us informed. He got us a loaner and the staff helped my pregnant wife move some stuff from the vehicles. The repairs were done around our schedule and everything worked out great. Another time I had to drop off my other Genesis for a recall that was going to take just under an hour and the staff kept my 3yo entertained with snacks and drinks. All this to say this dealership has been above and beyond with their customer service and transparency with repairs. More
