I want to Thanks Austin for a great experience with updating my vehicle for a 2019 Genesis G70 to a 2021 Genesis G70. Austin made sure that I got what I wanted in the vehicle not just was in stock at updating my vehicle for a 2019 Genesis G70 to a 2021 Genesis G70. Austin made sure that I got what I wanted in the vehicle not just was in stock at the dealer. My 2019 I just have to get what was available. It is always a pleasure working with someone that care for you and not just them as a salesperson. I recommend if you are need of a new car from Lehman please ask for Austin he will surely take great care of you... More
I purchased a brand new Genesis from them in Jan. I drove over 3 hrs only because I saw online they had the interior/exterior colors I wanted and nobody else closer had these colors. I show up at the deale over 3 hrs only because I saw online they had the interior/exterior colors I wanted and nobody else closer had these colors. I show up at the dealer and they have no idea where the car is, so we drive around their various lots and it’s not there. Apparently the car was still at the port, but nobody knew that, so that was how this deal started out. As we go to close the deal, I find out they were trying to sell me one with less options……more waste of my time. Although I may have given them the wrong VIN #, I did mention several times what options I wanted on the car, so that should have stood out why This car is about $5000 than the one I wanted. (I assumed they were giving me a good deal. so the price they gave me originally didn’t make me think this has to be a different car) so back to the drawing board on bargaining. So an hour later of going back and forth we have a deal. They keep my trade and give me a loaner to take. They said when my car comes in they will deliver it to my house and take the loaner back. Over 2 weeks later they call at 1:30 PM and say they’re on the way. Since it’s a little over 3 hrs I assumed they’d be here between 4:30 and 5:00……They show up at 6:40 and it’s pitch black out. It’s supposed to come with a full tank of fuel….it had ¼ tank! Did they fill it up? Heck no…..3/4 tank. So instead of doing the “normal” delivery of showing you how things work on your new car, they left within minutes and not another word. Shortly after they left I noticed all 4 floor mats with missing. I texted the sales girl, called the dealership and reached out to the Sales Mgr……NOT A WORD. I was able to get ahold of the finance guy who helped me, and he was the only one at the dealership to help me! I was finally sent my floormats after 2-3 weeks of frustration. I am still to this day missing another item that was supposed to come with the car. I have bought numerous new cars in the last 40 years, and this is by far the worst nightmare I’ve ever had where they sell you the car and that’s the end of the business deal. I wouldn’t buy a bicycle from them. What a way to do business. How they stay in business is beyond me. More
This was the WORST experience I've experienced purchasing a car at a dealership in the last 50 years. I am giving them NO stars. I live over 35 miles away from Lehman Genesis in Miami Gardens Florida and m a car at a dealership in the last 50 years. I am giving them NO stars. I live over 35 miles away from Lehman Genesis in Miami Gardens Florida and made a call to get a purchase price on a new $50,600 (sticker price) 2019 Genesis G70 in November 2019. Javon (salesman) gave me a purchase price of $44,500. They would not meet the price they quoted me when I arrived. I went there and the sales manager BELITTLED me by trying to change my mind from paying in full for the car to leasing the car saying several times to me that it was a NO BRAINER to lease. He said I could make a couple of payments and then pay the car off. I insisted multiple times that I was writing a check in full (checkbook was on Javon's desk in plain sight). The sales manager threw Javon under the bus in front of me. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. I wasn't happy and walked out. They never asked me about being a veteran or if I had a competitive car for some rebates. I really wanted that car so 3 weeks later I called and they agreed to the $44,500. After I paid for the car in FULL a couple of days later Javon called and asked if I was a veteran and/or had a competitive car. My answer was YES to both. I provided them with copies of my DD214 (separation from the military form) and my Lexus registration. and sent them copies of both. I've been trying to get the money from them for many months. Finally a few days ago a sales manager called me and said I signed the papers giving them all rebates. They never asked about being a veteran or having a competitive car until a day or two after I signed the papers. They also sold the car with damaged chrome moldings around all side windows. The lied to me and ripped me of for $1500.00 for the two rebates. I called and asked to speak to the General Manager (not the General Sales Manager) of the dealership and I was connected to Kyle who posed as the GM. He was not helpful and when I called back he wouldn't come to the phone until I called back again and insisted on speaking to Kyle. He called the service manager and said he was coming to his office. He told me he was going over the service manager; office and would call me back in 2 minutes - It been many months and still no return call. I went to another Genesis dealer and was told that the sales department at Lehman did not remove the protect material in a timely fashion which damaged the chrome moldings. A couple of weeks ago I called Genesis corporate office and told them everything I'm writing here. I told them I would not deal with them anymore and wanted to get my moldings replaced and all the troubles I experienced. So what does corporate do, they have the dealership call me.
