Had an appointment for 12:00. Waited over three hours for an oil change . No one let me know the car was finished. Saw it sitting outside,went to the counter to check out. Waited another fifteen minutes while they tried to find someone to check me out and get my keys. I finally asked a woman setting at another desk if she could please check me out so I could leave. She was very nice and though she couldn't actually check me out she would have someone send me the receipt for the oil change.She kindly gave me my keys and let me get out of there. More
I have been dealing with this dealership since 2020. Since then service has been up and down. This past experience started with calling on 2/24/2025 for an appointment. I was told they would do a diagnostic the next day. Through the next couple of days I would receive a text message informing me they weren’t able to do the diagnostic. This message always ended with a promise of doing the diagnostic the next day. Finally on 4/22/2025 I texted saying I had changed my mind on the service. I mentioned I would be looking at a new purchase, which I did. I am set to return on 4/7/2025 for a follow up test drive. This morning I woke feeling maybe I shouldn’t make this purchase of a Gv80. I am concerned after owning a Genisis and being a returning customer that I would be treated like this. Not a good position to be in! Not a good way to have a customer feel.
