I had a disappointing experience at the Genesis of Naples Service Department , specifically in dealing with Advisor Jamie. From the start, Jaime was unhelpful and dismissive, making the service proces Naples Service Department , specifically in dealing with Advisor Jamie. From the start, Jaime was unhelpful and dismissive, making the service process frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. I ended up walking out to avoid conflict. To make matters worse, his manager promised to follow up but never did—an outright failure in customer service and professionalism. The only redeeming part of my experience was the Service Director, who responded to my email in a timely and professional manner. Unlike Jamie and his manager, she was apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned about my poor experience. While I appreciate the service director’s efforts, it doesn’t erase the frustration and lack of accountability I faced with the rest of the team. Hopefully this was only a one time experience. Having said that, the buying experience was flawless. More
No loaners no pick up available supposed to be 1. 5 but almost 3 hrs. Computer reboot lost all of my settings. I was not told until on left dealership.
