Genesis of Naples - Service Center

Faulty work preformed on replacement of recalled fuel pump. Dumped gas tank worth of fuel onto my garage floor and driveway. Fire department requested vehicle be removed from property so towed it to Gene pump. Dumped gas tank worth of fuel onto my garage floor and driveway. Fire department requested vehicle be removed from property so towed it to Genesis of Naples. That was 3 weeks ago. We were told work was completed 2 weeks ago and when the service tech went to pull it around, It dumped the fuel again on their parking lot. Told just this morning that they maybe able to look at it next week. That will make a total of 4 weeks IF it gets accomplished. It's a 2023 GV80 with 27,0000 miles on it! More
