I stopped by the service center after calling them about a flashing "low oil a exceptional! They go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. I stopped by the service center after calling them about a flashing "low oil alert" in my Genesis GV80. They quickly verified low oil, squeezed my vehicle in for an oil change at the end of a busy day during season and finished it off with a courtesy car wash and friendly smile. The service team is highly professional, caring, and considerate. Great service is key to why I LOVE owning a beautiful GV80!! More
Other than not having a loaner car available as I anticipated from Genesis and over 30 years with Lexus, everything else was top drawer. You did a great job on the vehicle service and washing the vehicle. But I had to wait 6 weeks to get my vehicle in for service (i.e. I called to book an appointment in early December and didn't get the ap the vehicle. But I had to wait 6 weeks to get my vehicle in for service (i.e. I called to book an appointment in early December and didn't get the appointment until January 13th). Also, the Valet Service wasn't available, which is part of my purchase. Also, you ran out of loaner cars the day I dropped the vehicle off. And interestingly enough my invoice has a charge for Valet Service on it for $144.60, and not sure why when it wasn't even available? More
