When I had a recent issue with my Genesis, Steve Kalinowski in sales and CJ in the service department were awesome to work with. Getting it in for service right away, the car was fixed while I was o Kalinowski in sales and CJ in the service department were awesome to work with. I would give it zero if it was an option. The whole service dept needs overhauling in my opinion. They are not customer orientated. I was called an told they had a loaner available on Wednes The whole service dept needs overhauling in my opinion. They are not customer orientated. I was called an told they had a loaner available on Wednesday and after talking to Peter he confirmed with me this loaner will be held till Friday. I did not know when I could drive out to Naples. It turned out that Wednesday I could make the trip, it was 3:30. I arrived at 4:40 and went to Peters office, he wasn’t there, I waited outside the office. After 15-20 minutes of no show my wife went into the office next to Peters and asked if he could let him know we are waiting for him. His response was, he went home. Everybody knew he went but nobody could tell you he went home. I told this rep I was here to pick up a loaner he went to another office and came with someone who told that there were no more loaners left for the day. I should have called to say I was coming to pick up the loaner that Peter said was available till Friday. That they don’t hold vehicles till Friday, Peter was wrong. Peter has not called me back since 5/25, my salesman has not called me back. I have since got my GV80 scheduled for service and I am looking forward to a happy relationship with a new dealership. More
