I was told the dealer could fix where my front bumper had “popped off” with some plastic fasteners detaching. This was after they inspected it during a routine service. So, we brought car back at end of day “popped off” with some plastic fasteners detaching. This was after they inspected it during a routine service. So, we brought car back at end of day and waited over two hours, following which they said they could not fix it. I suspect they didn’t even try and just ran out of time, but certainly were not going to admit that after a 2 hour wait, so claimed an inability to repair. Plus, if that were true, they should have known that following their initial inspection. More
