Was looking for a car to replace my 2025 Audi SQ5 that was turned in under the California lemon law. I am hooping I made the right choice with the Genesis GV70 Prestige. The dealership I worked with was Genesis of Mountain View, the only one I could find that had inventory but was 40 miles away from my home. The staff was wonderful from Tony (sales) Amanda, Thazin and that finance guy Tony plus Marianne who drove an hour to bring my other Audi I drove to the dealership back to my house. More

I visited Genesis for service. Shannon greeted me to take care of my key fob issue which was not working at all even I myself replaced a new battery.. This seemed not HW problem but programming in between my GV80 and the access key. I need to leave the car in service center. Shannon got a car loaner for me to work. He and Genesis were so considerate.. At 3:00pm in the afternoon, the access key fob was fixed. And my car was fully washed --a fantastic offer Also service center made Multi-point inspection and find out air filter and cabin air filter were dirty. and replaced both. While Shannon was preparing some necessary paperwork, I was in waiting room to try one drink of so many selection from a very "fancy" coffee maker machine. Unfortunately none could be made.. More
