The service department is terrible canceled our service plan with them because they can’t handle doing little things like clear the service light on a car. I made an appointment more than 2 weeks in advance for a recall on my vehicle. After waiting an hour in your customer waiting area. Needed a new tire quickly because of nail. Had to get 2 because of the tread wear on the remaining tires. We were told to leave the car and it would be done the next day because they had to have the tires because of the tread wear on the remaining tires.
