The first time I went to the service center I was getting an oil filter for my car and the sold me the wrong one. This last time I went in for an oil change. They ran out of oil for my car, I had to wait al an oil filter for my car and the sold me the wrong one. This last time I went in for an oil change. They ran out of oil for my car, I had to wait almost 2 hours for everything to get done. After waiting over an hour and a half to get my car back I had to go find someone to figure out what was going on and why it was taking so long. My keys were sitting on someones desk and I had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to come and help me so I could finally get my car back and leave. More
