Finance Mgr started out describing Mtc Contracts and did not show pricing until after the contracts were signed and then quickly passed over contract details. We were charges 2x MSRP for Trailer hitch on the new vehicle and told it was the installation fee. We should have walked when the sales rep would not credit the excess charge. Dealer did not prep the car; we had to remove the plastic film from engine compartment and top off the fluids. More
