Came from Madison to buy the car I specifically wanted. Good sales staff, and good customer service as the car I wanted had roof rack and they said it didn't have one but they put one at no charge on. My older Hyundai broke down and was in for a costly repair. I asked my service rep if there was anyway that we could reduce the price, and he said he'd talk to the service tech.
