While the employee was nice and friendly, the customer service he provided was poor. When I made the appointment they did not tell me the work was going to take all day. I had to get a rental car because service he provided was poor. When I made the appointment they did not tell me the work was going to take all day. I had to get a rental car because they did not have any loaners. They paid the initial fee but I was on the hook for the rest. It was 80 dollars out of my own pocket. I needed the rental for 2 days as I had to wait for my car to be finished the next day. They did not call me for updates on my car or call me to let me know it was not going to be finished before the end of the day. I have two jobs and any inconvenience or loss of vehicle for an extended amount of time does not make it easy. More
