The salesman made it known he usually sold new cars and that because of stock had to sell used. The salesman and manager repeatedly tried to gaslight my husband and I when we brought up a noise we heard on that because of stock had to sell used. The salesman and manager repeatedly tried to gaslight my husband and I when we brought up a noise we heard on test drive. Only after we took the vehicle to our own mechanic did they fix the vehicle, but not before trying to gaslight us one more time. Would not buy a car from them again. More

Getting through to the service department to schedule is very difficult. I left multiple messages with no response. Finally to get my appointment scheduled I had to ask for a manager and sit on hold for alm very difficult. I left multiple messages with no response. Finally to get my appointment scheduled I had to ask for a manager and sit on hold for almost half and hour. If I had known when I purchased my car that this would be the case I NEVER would have purchased from here. More
