The team of people I worked with didnt pressure me into buying a car, they even offered for me to take one home to try it out. I test drove a 2021 Kona (didnt like it) and I saw they had the 2022 Kona limi buying a car, they even offered for me to take one home to try it out. I test drove a 2021 Kona (didnt like it) and I saw they had the 2022 Kona limited in stock. I really liked the 2022 Kona limited and bought one. However, it only has 100 miles on it and the transmission already has a problem, I called service and one of the service guys went with me and at the first stop light, I started to go forward and it felt like we got rear-ended (the service guy said that was the transmission not liking 1st gear to 2nd tear). Anyways I have an appointment 1 month out for them to hopefully fix it. But overall the dealership is really nice, I just got a bum car. More
The two service advisors didn't know what was going on. I think the guy that set up the appointment (Dan) told me the job would take all day. Actually it took an hour. I did say I was concerned about the transmission, but I didn't think anything was going to happen with it Saturday. I had to wait a month and a half to even get this appointment. It was a busy Saturday and I was informed that they were unexpectedly understaffed for the day, but I had an appointment and walk-ins took priority over me. I spent 3 hours at the dealership when it could have been done in less than 1. Because it took so long, I ended up getting no tutorial on how to use the car and got a bad deal on my trade-in. Brought my car in for a scheduled oil change. Even though they were extremely busy that day, they still took me in right away and got me out quickly. The service writer had all paperwork ready when I arrived for scheduled service and provided a loaner. However, though I gave them my cell number and stated I would be away from home, no one ever called to for scheduled service and provided a loaner. However, though I gave them my cell number and stated I would be away from home, no one ever called to tell me may car was ready for pick up. I called at 4:15 and found out it was ready. When got home, the message as on my home phone about the car being ready, and even funnier, I got an email the following morning telling me the car was ready pick up. (It was already in my garage!) Your communication systems are a bit out of whack. The service work was done at a reasonable price and car thoroughly checked over, so good work there. Finally, if you want me to review your service, don't sent me 3 different ways to do it or make me sign up for certain accounts to answer your questions. I don't want my email out there for a flurry of sales pitches and will not answer a review request through a service you may hire. More
