Your dealership is clean. Your personnel are kind and courteous. I feel that your staff was honorable in the negotiation process for our new car. You Need more sales associates like Fawn. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment and at 5:00 I had not heard anything and when I called they said someone is looking at it now but they go home at 5:00. I was told tha an appointment and at 5:00 I had not heard anything and when I called they said someone is looking at it now but they go home at 5:00. I was told that they would call me when they knew something. Seems like a courtesy call with an update telling me my car wouldn’t be ready would have been appropriate. I got no update call again the following day so I called again and was told the same thing that they would let me know when they figure out what was wrong with it. Maybe it’s just me but 2 full days seems long enough for a diagnosis. I was to take the car the following day for a weekend trip and still no update so I left town in another car. On Monday someone called and said it was fixed and it was the same thing they repaired 2 weeks earlier. I’ve been very happy with all the other service the dealer has done for me in the past. I’m not sure why this time it was so horrible. More
