It took over two weeks to get an appointment scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall replacement of an auxiliary canister kit for my Santa Fe. I scheduled the appointment for 7:00 AM but c for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall replacement of an auxiliary canister kit for my Santa Fe. I scheduled the appointment for 7:00 AM but checked that I would leave the vehicle. When I asked the service writer when the work would be done, I was told that since I was leaving the vehicle that meant that they had all day to complete the repair. When I got my car back, there was a vibration in rear driver's side wheel. I had to bring the vehicle back the next day to have the vibration checked. It was found that the technician had not properly tightened the lug nuts when rotating the tires. Tightening the lug nuts corrected the problem. Andy was very apologetic and said that he was going to have a talk with the technician but it was a major inconvenience having to bring the vehicle back in the next day because I was leaving that morning to travel to Minnesota for a wedding. More
