Our car was fixed but that is pretty much the only good thing I have to say about my experience. We were told we could get a loaner while our car was being fixed but that never happened, however my sister thing I have to say about my experience. We were told we could get a loaner while our car was being fixed but that never happened, however my sister-in-law who had an issue during the third week our car was there was able to get one for 3 days. The engine rebuild that was done only is warranted for 12,000 miles or 12 months despite this being a recurring issue for hyundai. They said they would detail the car since they never got us a loaner however they need to hire someone before that can be done and they don't know when that will be either. So much run around. I would never consider buying another hyundai again and am looking to sell asap. More

Service did a good job of installing the complete antenna system in my 2017 Hyundai Sonata. Note I did not need a complete antenna system as there was nothing wrong with it. It’s just I lost my shark fin cov system in my 2017 Hyundai Sonata. Note I did not need a complete antenna system as there was nothing wrong with it. It’s just I lost my shark fin cover that protects the circuitboard. The shark fin cover came off on the interstate while I was driving the car. Hyundai corporation doesn’t just sell a replacement cover. You have to buy the whole antenna system. The shark fin covers coming off is a known problem to Hyundai. Yet they’ve done nothing to correct the problem. This is a item that customers should not have to pay for out of their pocket. More

Purchased my new 2017 Sonata from Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha. Car is in near showroom condition. Went in due to a phone call that I received ensuring that I would get top dollar (cash). Well low and be Waukesha. Car is in near showroom condition. Went in due to a phone call that I received ensuring that I would get top dollar (cash). Well low and behold I was there for an hour and half. I was passed from one employee to another. Had to to re-tell why I came in to each of the three employees. Very frustrating. KBB was $9600. I was assured over the phone that I would revive a better offer and that why I came in. I explained that I would be interested in either a cash offer, or trade in, or purchase of a new Sonata. After expressing my frustration that I did not feel that I was being treated as a valved customer I was told that the KBB offer was fair. No one looked at my vehicle let alone take it on a test drive. I asked for the keys back and left feeling angry. Of by the way I was asked for the keys so it could be taken for a drive. Never happened the 90 minutes that I was there. Again, I was not treated as a valued customer. Extremely disappointed. More
