I recently moved to Waukesha from Glendale and wanted to switch to the service department of a closer Hyundai dealer. I chose Boucher for my new service department and was not disappointed. The salesman we had was friendly and helpful. I was turned off by the pricing of the vehicles. We made an offer on a car but the salesman came back with a counter offer of 1000.00 more. It is difficult to get an oil change scheduled via the website within 2 weeks. When I called directly to the service department and let them know I could leave the car for a few days, they gladly booked m website within 2 weeks. Dan offered incredible service and great communication throughout the time our car was being repaired. We had an unusual issue which was covered under warranty and everything was handled very professional throughout the time our car was being repaired.
