I am honestly extremely disappointed in the service experience here. The lack of communication is astounding. I brought my G70 in to get it repaired under warranty on Friday 02/24, picked up a loaner a experience here. The lack of communication is astounding. I brought my G70 in to get it repaired under warranty on Friday 02/24, picked up a loaner and was told the tech would work on it first thing Monday 02/27 and would be done middle of the week (at the latest), the car wasn’t even brought in to the service bay to be worked on until 03/07, fast forward TWO weeks, and I still do not have my vehicle back. They told me the middle of last week that it needed a part ordered, and instead of it being a steering shaft, it was a strut, they said they had to order it so they did and after a weather delay, it arrived on Monday 03/06. It is now 03/10, and I can promise you that it doesn’t take 4 days to replace a strut. I feel like I keep getting a run around answer when I ask for updates, it seems it’s always an excuse. Frankly, I’m completely fed up. More

Would not touch them again with a ten foor pole. Fradulent 'Service Charge' ($399.00) added to sales price after the price was agreed upon. In my opinion, adding to the profit on the sale by creating a 'Service Fee' and then open the possibility to book it as an expense for tax purposes. I consider it grossly deceptive and misleading when questioned about the charge. I later called and spoke with the Service Mgr. regarding what I believed were clutch issues. He informed me that the automatic transmission does not have a clutch. If you look on line Hyundai clealy identifies Dual (2) clutches. He stated they could not even merely look at the Kona for 30 days. The Kona was sold as Certifiied. I simple would not do business with them again and certainly not recommend them to others.
