Contact with this dealership is difficult. Every time I needed an update with my vehicle I had to call since my service advisor rarely called me. It was also difficult to reach them since the Every time I needed an update with my vehicle I had to call since my service advisor rarely called me. It was also difficult to reach them since the phone tree/receptionist kept sending me to voicemail each time I called. Lastly, when I got my vehicle back it was dirty on the inside as if someone had left a window open when the car was sitting waiting for service. Not a good experience and I wouldn’t bring my vehicle here for service again. I would rather drive to a further away Hyundai dealership then go through this process again. More
